BYD requires each site to have two courtesy cars. These do not have to be fully electric vehicles, but they must be BYD vehicles and can be PHEV models.

BYD has not mandated where courtesy vehicles must be sourced from. However, through our relationship with BYD, the Vizion Drive team can support repairers with sourcing suitable courtesy vehicles.

A BYD training roadmap is currently being developed. The frequency of training will depend on vehicle technology, model launches and construction techniques identified in new BYD models.
